New Roof Types

Asphalt composition shingles – The asphalt roofing industry has made huge advances in manufacturing technology. Shingles are no longer mundane black or gray. Architectural laminated shingles are produced with designer patterns and colors that define the look of any home. Rather than flat monotones, we use products that are dimensional, which adds character to the most visible element of the home. These roofs may also have multicolored patterns that blend with the existing environment.

Products by GAF, Tamko, Atlas, Owens Corning and CertainTeed are available with limited lifetime warranties. Some are reflective to save money on your utility bills. When installed by factory-trained roofers like us, a new roof can provide decades of beauty and protection.

Cedar shingles - Nothing looks more natural on a home than cedar shingles. Cut from a block of wood, and tapered, they offer a lot more than just beauty. Western Red Cedar is inherently a very tough wood. It contains a natural preservative that resists decay and also repels insects. For a traditional or ranch style home, cedar is a great choice for a new roof.

Cedar shakes - Cedar shakes offer all of the benefits of standard cedar shingles and add a ruggedly textured look. That shake look is very desirable for certain style homes including older restorations. Both shingles and shakes display honey and cinnamon blends of color when installed, and turn to a classic silvery gray with weathering.

Slate tile - Stone shingles are unmatched for natural beauty and durability. They are available in several different grades, patterns and colors to complement every style. Quarried slate makes an excellent new roof choice for Victorian, Tudor and chalet style homes. It is dense, protective and quiet.

Metal roofing - Standing seam metal roofing has become increasingly popular for residential construction in this part of the country. It is stylishly contemporary and maintains an ability to shed snow loads. Standing seam metal can last a lifetime and withstand high winds, ice and even hail. Metal shingles offer superior water and wind protection on both high-pitched and low-sloped surfaces.

Your Building
Flat roofing demands tough protection from rain and snow. We install every type of low-sloped and high-pitched new roof for commercial buildings: multi-ply, single-ply and BUR. Regardless of the size of your facility, we will provide the perfect application for your needs. Call now for a free cost estimate.

Standing seam metal - Standing seam metal is characterized by the vertical ridges or seams that hold the sections together. They are often used as mansards to add a less commercial look to a building and to hide rooftop equipment. They are also prevalent on retail buildings as steep-sloped or façade applications. Standing seam metal is available in any color to coordinate with a particular scheme or brand. Metal shingles are another option: they offer superior moisture and wind-lift protection through their tight, four-way fasteners.
